Community Wealth Building

About the Project:
Better Block Hawaii is partnering with a diverse group of non-profits, Community Development Financial Institutions, and private philanthropies to explore models of community wealth building through real estate development. Collectively, our goal is to identify and realize real estate development projects that can not only create higher and better uses for the real estate asset at hand but also generate wealth that can be broadly distributed across neighborhood stakeholders and preserve neighborhood affordability.
